~The Month in Review~

How is it almost December?

It seems as though November just flew by.

In the beginning of November, members of our staff attended RLAGS, a conference for student affairs professionals working in New Hampshire. It was wonderful to learn tips and tricks on how to create inclusive communities from different people around the state. I must say, my favorite presentation was given by none other than Miss Greater Derry, Stephanie Iacuzio! Stephanie presented on the importance of personal safety on college campuses. I am also so proud of our UNH team, who placed first in the Case Study Competition!

What a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season! I had a blast volunteering Friday night at the Urban Forestry Center's Festival of Trees. Proceeds go to scholarships for students at the Thompson School and other organizations. ‪#‎MNH‬ ‪#‎Portsmouthliving‬

Now, on to graduate school applications. Two down, two to go!

Good luck to all you high school and college seniors out there.
